The chalet, built in 2009 is also designed for people with reduced mobility to easily accommodate, the number of people per chalet is flexible, altogether 50 maximum.
The lift, toilets, corridors and door openings are adapted for wheelchair use.
The twelve bedrooms are suitable for two to five people and all have private bathroom and a spacious balcony.
The entrances to the chalet, the south terrace of 200 m2. and the parking space are all one level and have no inclination to the chalet, a country road next to the chalet leads to a beautiful (picnic) spot on the creek.
The lift in the chalet provides access to eight rooms on the first floor.
Six of them have adapted bathrooms, two bedrooms with large adapted bathrooms (accessible either from the room or corridor) for people with severe disabilities. The spacious balconies are accessible for wheelchairs.
The other two bedrooms have private bathrooms and balcony.
The second floor has four bedrooms with each private bathroom and spacious balcony.
The chalet is equipped with fire / smoke detectors, thus: no smoking.
The house consists of two chalets with the possibility of communication at all levels.

A large room with special bathroom with enough space for a person hoist, accessible from the hallway or the bedroom, also with balcony. The balconies are suitable for wheelchairs.
Second floor:
2 bedrooms with balcony and private bathrooms.
